So this is a quick blog post, with a video blog included. \u00a0I think I might start doing more videos.. What do you guys think?<\/h3>\n

So I am at the grocery store. \u00a0I ask the STORE manager if he knows where I can find Vanilla Extract (of course he does, he\u2019s the store manager right). If you need to know, I am making french toast for the group the next day. \u00a0The conversation goes like this.<\/h3>\n

Me: Excuse me sir, do you know where I can find the Vanilla extract?<\/h3>\n

Store Manager: \u00a0Yes I do, follow me (as he starts to laugh a little).<\/h3>\n

Me: To myself, I wonder what is so funny.<\/h3>\n

He walks me to the vanilla extract and now he\u2019s pretty much laughing, so I have to ask. \u00a0\u201cWhat\u2019s so funny\u201d.<\/h3>\n

SM: \u00a0Well you see this is the second time in 3 hours that I have been asked where VANILLA extract is located.<\/h3>\n

Me: Confused, \u00a0\u201cOK\u2026\u2026.\u201d<\/h3>\n

SM: \u00a0Yeah, I\u2019ve been the manager here for 3 years, and NOT ONCE has anyone EVER asked me where Vanilla extract is, but today in a matter of 3 hours, 2 different people ask. So it\u2019s funny. \u00a0Americans, Is this a common thing?\u201d<\/h3>\n

Me: \u00a0Well I only have ever used it to make French Toast<\/h3>\n

SM: \u00a0French Toast, really? \u00a0 You Americans are some odd people.<\/h3>\n
